Yes, Solano Belleair is a pet-friendly community. There is a maximum weight limit of 60 pounds, and aggressive breeds are not permitted. A one-time pet fee of $400 for one pet or $600 for two pets applies, along with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. 

While we welcome pets, certain restrictions apply to exotic animals and select dog breeds. We partner with PetScreening.com to make the approval process simple and convenient. Please contact the leasing office for more details. 

Solano Belleair offers open parking for both residents and guests. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and there are no designated guest spaces. Standard parking is complimentary for both residents and visitors. 

Detached garages are available for rent at Solano Belleair for $250 per month. 

Yes, Solano Belleair offers on-site maintenance services. Residents can submit maintenance requests through the RentCafe app or website. Emergency maintenance is also available after hours for urgent issues. 

All packages are delivered to the Luxer package room. Residents will receive a welcome email at move-in with instructions to register. Once registered, residents receive notifications and access codes to retrieve their packages. The leasing office does not manage packages, so residents should contact the carrier directly if a package is missing. 

Yes, valet trash service is available for a monthly fee of $25. Residents place trash outside their door for collection, and pickup occurs Monday through Friday. 

Yes, Solano Belleair offers both elevator and stair access, providing convenient access to apartment homes on all floors.

The move-in process at Solano Belleair is designed to be simple and efficient. Once you submit your application, approvals are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on screening. After approval, you will sign your lease and select your move-in date. Prior to move-in, you will receive important community information, including how to access amenities and how to register for the Luxer package system. On move-in day, you will pick up your keys or fob from the leasing office and complete a move-in inspection. Residents are required to provide proof of renters insurance before move-in. 

Solano Belleair offers a Spectrum bulk package for internet and cable services, providing a convenient and streamlined setup for residents. 

Residents are responsible for setting up electricity through Duke Energy. Water, sewer, trash, and pest control are billed based on usage and are included in the monthly statement along with rent.
