Gina, is an outstanding property manager! Professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any questions or maintenance requests were handled quickly, and communication was always clear and timely. Had a great experience with the manager Gina Vairo. She was very welcoming and friendly. Gave me a great tour of the property and all the amenities. Took her time to answer all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with someone so professional yet so approachable. Because of her I would definitely rent there. LT

Matt and Gina at Solano Belleair are hands-down the best property managers we’ve ever had. From day one, they’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely caring in every situation that’s come up. Sales Associate Dakota went above and beyond while working with my daughter Mckenzie with her first apartment. Made a first experience in renting an apartment so smooth..
